Before your visit, we ask all our FIRST TIME CLIENTS to fill out An intake form, which pops up in our booking platform when you schedule your first appointment. This form ensures we're all on the same page about your skin's history and ultimately prevents a poor wax experience for you. don't worry - It's quick and painless, we promise!

First Time Clients get to choose between these two complimentary upgrades to add on to their first service with us:

Cool globes - these chilly refrigerated orbs gliding over freshly waxed skin may just be the key to happiness. The cool temps reduce redness and inflammation, and slightly tightens up the pores to help prevent bacteria from entering. simple, massively effective, and so nice in the summer!

high frequency - have super bad ingrown hairs? This baby is about to be your new bff. the machine sends a small electric current through the attached glass electrode, which is filled with argon gas and produces ozone (basically super enriched oxygen). as it is runs across the skin, it gently tingles and zaps, over-oxygenating the area, which kills off bacteria. this bad boy may sound scary but it is the ultimate secret weapon against ingrowns - present and future - even the deep ones!
